If a short-term rental in your neighborhood is causing a concern, tell us what happened. You do not need a Yalla Cozy booking to report it.
What happens next
Support reviews whether the report can be matched to a platform listing, records the case, and escalates it according to severity and available evidence. We may need to ask follow-up questions.
Privacy and fairness
Reports are handled on a need-to-know basis. A report is not proof of a violation, and action is based on review rather than allegation alone.

- Do not include payment credentials, identity documents, or content obtained by entering a property.
