Booking policies
Know the cancellation terms before you book.
Each published stay declares a Flexible, Moderate, or Firm cancellation policy. Your booking snapshot—not a later listing edit—governs your trip.
Guest cancellation
Open the trip and request a current cancellation preview before confirming a cancellation.
- The preview shows the applicable policy result and refund components.
- No-shows and cancellations after check-in may not be refundable under the selected policy.
- A refund is completed only after verified provider processing.
Host cancellation
Hosts must record a cancellation reason. We may help affected guests with communication, rebooking options, and any applicable refund according to the booking state and policy.
Date changes
A date-change request is re-quoted against current availability and pricing. It needs the required acceptance and settlement before the itinerary and escrow values change.
